Meet the Team

Alex McKeachie

Alex founded Silius in 2018 after managing IT for a 100+ person software company. There, he built a Salesforce-driven customer-360 spanning Sales, Marketing, Support, Finance, customer portals, a partner channel, and a SaaS licensing integration. He works with clients on systems strategy and making sure Salesforce actually serves the business. Outside of work, he spends most of his time driving his two kids to their next activity and getting beat up at Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.

Mac Campbell

Mac is the Director of Client Delivery at Silius. His 25+ year career in technology includes 14 years in the BC Public Service, where he served as BC's Chief Digital Architect. He also led Cloud Strategy and Enterprise Architecture in Western Canada for a large multi-national professional services firm. At Silius, he leads client engagements and makes sure projects deliver business outcomes, not just configuration changes. When he's not in a client meeting, there's a good chance he's mountain biking.

Jeff Summers

Jeff is a Senior Solution Architect at Silius. He's worked across the full Salesforce platform, from Marketing Cloud implementations that scale to millions of contacts to complex public sector environments where compliance and process design are critical. He leads solution architecture, translates requirements into work plans, and coordinates delivery across the team. Jeff also brings experience in governance and board-level advisory. He's incredibly efficient: what takes most consultants a week, he'll have done by Wednesday. When he's not deep in a solution design, he's out walking his dogs.

Will Lefebure

Will is a Salesforce Developer and Consultant at Silius. He builds automations, manages data migrations, debugs problems, supports end users, and delivers ongoing managed services across public and private sector clients. With an engineering background, he brings sharp, systematic thinking to Salesforce solution design. Outside of work, he's usually canoeing, riding motorcycles, or restoring a classic BMW.

Natasha Rebkavets

Natasha is a Marketing Automation Specialist at Silius, focused on Marketing Cloud Account Engagement and Sales Cloud. She holds 5 Salesforce certifications and has trained cohorts of up to 400 people on the platform. She brings a knack for turning complex marketing requirements into automated workflows that teams actually use.

Sam Assaf

Sam is a Senior Consultant and Solution Architect at Silius with 7 Salesforce certifications spanning Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, development, and administration. He brings 11 years of professional experience and a practical approach to architecture: build systems that scale without unnecessary complexity. When he's off the clock, Sam is taking on the world at his favorite sport, chess.

Melanie Kovacs

Mel is a Senior Salesforce Developer at Silius with 23 years of software development experience and nearly a decade on the Salesforce platform. She has a background in software and web development, and her years of experience have served her well in becoming a well-balanced and thoughtful programmer. Mel loves a good challenge and will dig deep to solve any problems she comes across. When she's not coding, she's cheering on her boys at hockey tournaments.

Kurt Fairfield

Kurt is a Solution Architect and Senior Consulting Engineer at Silius with 20 years of experience spanning mechanical engineering, project management, and Salesforce architecture. Before moving into Salesforce consulting, he managed multi-million dollar engineering projects in the petroleum and energy sectors. That background shows up in how he approaches Salesforce: systematic, detail-oriented, and built to hold up under pressure. If the wind is blowing, you'll find Kurt on a kiteboard.
