Alex McKeachie

Alex is the Principal at Silius, working with clients on systems strategy and alignment to business objectives. He's passionate about building elegant IT solutions, and evangelizing the incredible value that a well-designed Salesforce implementation can bring to an organization. Prior to starting Silius in 2018, Alex managed IT for a 100+ person software company, leveraging Salesforce to build a customer-360 across Sales, Marketing, Channel Partners, Customer Support and Finance. Alex's young family keeps him active and on his toes, and he's quick to provide tech support to friends in need (as long as they agree to first upgrade from Windows 7).

Will Lefebure

Will is a Salesforce Developer/Consultant at Silius, supporting clients in all their Salesforce implementation needs. Whether it's day-to-day maintenance and support or a full custom development, Will is eager to use his software skills to transform our client's needs into a reality. Outside of the office, Will is focused on finishing his engineering degree at UVIC and pursuing his passions, such as road/MTB-cycling, music production, and automotive repair.

Melanie Kovacs

Melanie has been a Salesforce Developer for the past 3 years and a Salesforce Administrator for 8 years. She has a background in Software and Web Development. Her years of experience as a developer has served her well in becoming a well balanced and thoughtful programmer. Mel loves a good challenge and will dig deep to solve any problems she comes across. When she's not working, Mel spends time with her family and friends, whether it be going on a good hike or sharing a delicious meal.

Kurt Fairfield

Kurt is a Solution Architect and Senior Consulting Engineer at Silius, providing technical guidance to clients as they optimize and maintain their Salesforce instance. With years of software, engineering, and project management experience across a diverse set of industrial sectors, Kurt provides critical insight into clients' strategic plans. This experience also brings a learned understanding of how important the details are to project success. At home, nestled in the mountains, he keeps busy x-country mtn-biking, Nordic skiing, snowboarding, and kite-surfing all around the West Coast.
