Josh is a Salesforce Developer, and loves developing software processes in clients' orgs using Apex code and tackling any kind of data cleanup. Once started on a project, It's hard to rip him away! Outside of Silius, Josh is passionate about family, nature, gaming or anything computer related.
Kurt is a Solution Architect and Senior Consulting Engineer at Silius, providing technical guidance to clients as they optimize and maintain their Salesforce instance. With years of software, engineering, and project management experience across a diverse set of industrial sectors, Kurt provides critical insight into clients' strategic plans. This experience also brings a learned understanding of how important the details are to project success.
At home, nestled in the mountains, he keeps busy x-country mtn-biking, Nordic skiing, snowboarding, and kite-surfing all around the West Coast.
Sandeep is a Salesforce Developer, and relishes implementing new solutions for her clients. She's managed Salesforce environments at Chandigarh University and at Help Lesotho, an Ottawa-based non-profit serving the vulnerable of Lesotho by providing education, leadership development and psychosocial support. She also has teaching experience, which she draws upon to introduce Salesforce to new users.
Sandeep holds a Master’s degree in Computer Applications from the University of Mumbai. Outside of work, she enjoys baking and trying new recipes.
Alex is the Principal at Silius, working with clients on systems strategy and alignment to business objectives. He's passionate about building elegant IT solutions, and evangelizing the incredible value that a well-designed Salesforce implementation can bring to an organization.
Prior to Silius, Alex managed IT for a 100+ person software company, leveraging Salesforce to serve users across Sales, Marketing, Channel Partners, Customer Support and Finance, stand up customer and distributor portals, and implement AppExchange integrations to core enterprise systems.
Alex's young family keeps him active and on his toes, and he's quick to provide tech support to friends in need (as long as they agree to first upgrade from Windows 7).
Peter is a Senior Business Analyst, listening and attending to clients' business processes and feeding requirements back to the Silius service delivery team to build magic. He's been a Salesforce administrator at a half-dozen companies, and is a co-leader of the Victoria Salesforce Admin User Group.
Away from the home office, he's a keen skier attempting to keep up with his two daughters on the slopes.
